This Privacy Policy explains how Viktoria Seiz LLC ("Viktoria Seiz," "we," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit this online store, create an account, place an order, or contact us.

By using the store, you acknowledge the practices described below. The separate Viktoria Seiz café website may provide additional information about café services and communications.

Information we collect

Contact and delivery information. We collect your name, email address, phone number, street address, delivery instructions, and other details you provide for an order or support request.

Order information. We keep the products, quantities, selected flavors, delivery service, order status, prices, special instructions, gift message, and allergy or restriction notes associated with your purchase.

Account information. If you create an account, we collect login and verification records, saved delivery preferences, order history, and optional information such as a birthday when you choose to provide it.

Payment-related information. Card details are entered in secure fields provided by NMI. We receive a payment token, transaction status, and limited billing information, but this store does not store your full card number or CVV.

Technical and security information. Our systems may record IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, requested pages, authentication activity, and error or fraud-prevention signals.

Messages and preferences. We receive the content of messages you send us and record choices such as whether you want email news and offers. You can uncheck that option before placing an order.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• build your cart, calculate delivery, process and fulfill orders, and provide receipts;
• validate addresses, offer available FedEx services, prepare labels, and support delivery;
• create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, reset passwords, and show order history;

Transactional messages about an order or account may still be sent when marketing email is turned off.

Service providers and sharing

We share only the information reasonably needed for a provider to perform a service for us. This includes NMI for tokenized payment processing; FedEx for address validation, delivery quotes, shipping labels, tracking, and fulfillment; an address autocomplete and geocoding provider for the suggestions shown while you type; email infrastructure for receipts, account messages, and opted-in marketing; and hosting, security, backup, and IT providers that operate the store.

An address search is sent to the geocoding provider only after you begin entering a street address. Card information entered into NMI secure fields is transmitted directly to NMI rather than through our application server.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or our business, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their independent marketing.

Email choices

If you choose "Email me with news and offers" at checkout or otherwise subscribe, we may send occasional product, event, or promotional email. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary order, receipt, security, or account messages.

Cookies and local storage

The store uses browser storage and similar technologies for essential functions such as keeping items in your cart, remembering account status, protecting sessions, and preserving checkout state. Your browser lets you clear or block this storage, but doing so may empty the cart, sign you out, or prevent parts of checkout from working.

Data retention and security
