What to include in your message
For a product question, include the dessert name and the specific ingredient, weight, availability or price detail you want clarified. For an existing purchase, include the order number and the email address used during checkout, but never send a full payment card number, password or administrator key.
Delivery choices depend on the destination entered during checkout. If a shipping option is unavailable or an address needs correction, describe the issue without sharing sensitive payment information. Support can then review the order context and explain the appropriate next step.
